Trust is the most important element of home care, and that trust is built on experience. I bring over 12 years of deep, personal, and professional experience to every family we serve at Steadfast Care Services.
My journey began in the most personal way possible: as a family caregiver. For over a decade, I dedicated myself to the care of my own loved ones. First supporting my grandfather through the complexities of Alzheimer’s disease, and later assisting my mother with significant mobility challenges. These years at the bedside taught me the nuances of care that can’t be learned in a classroom: how to preserve a senior’s dignity, how to manage the “sundowning” hours of dementia, and how to provide safety for those who have lost their mobility.

To refine this personal experience into professional excellence, I spent over six years helping lead a highly successful home health care business in Los Angeles, California. Working alongside my uncle, I gained invaluable insight into the operational standards, caregiver training, and high-level coordination required to run a premier agency. This dual background, combining a caregiver’s heart with an executive’s precision, is what sets Steadfast apart.
I am driven by a genuine passion for people. My goal is to ensure that families in our rural Central Massachusetts communities have access to the same high-caliber, professional care found in major metropolitan areas, delivered with the neighborly compassion our small towns deserve. When I look at a client, I don’t see a patient, I see someone’s parent or grandparent. I am committed to providing the same level of care I gave to my own family.
