Compassion Plus
More than care. Compassion, connection, and confidence for your loved one.
Our Compassion Plus Program is more than traditional home care. It’s a personalized, heart-centered approach designed to nurture both clients and families. Through this program, we go beyond daily tasks to focus on connection, wellness, and peace of mind.
- Wellness Check-ins → Regular visits to monitor vitals, ensure medication reminders, and provide reassurance.
- Companion Engagement → Meaningful social visits with conversation, games, journaling, or family photo sharing.
- Brain & Body Boost → Gentle physical activity and cognitive exercises to promote independence and confidence.
- Family Communication Hub → Weekly updates for families via email, keeping loved ones informed and reassured.
24-Hour Care (Shift-Based)
Continuous coverage. Different caregivers rotate in shifts.
- Three caregivers split the day into 8 hour shifts
- Ideal for clients needing round-the-clock monitoring and frequent assistance
- Provides continuous hands-on support: transfers, toileting, nighttime assistance, meals, companionship
- Costs a little more (since billed hourly), but ensures caregivers are always alert and awake
Live-In Care
One caregiver resides with the client in the home (with breaks & sleep time).
- Provides consistency (fewer caregiver changes, stronger relationships)
- Caregiver lives in the home, provides daytime support, sleeps overnight
- Generally requires a private bedroom for the caregiver and scheduled rest periods
- More cost-effective than hourly 24-hour care
- Best for clients who sleep through the night but need supervision and support during the day
