Victoria Hewitt, RN
Victoria is a highly accomplished Registered Nurse and Nurse Educator with over two decades of clinical experience and a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN). Her extensive background includes critical care, emergency medicine, and specialized expertise in geriatric psychiatric care and inpatient rehabilitation. As a former Clinical Lead RN, she brings superior clinical oversight to the team, ensuring care plans are executed with the highest standards of safety and professional excellence. Victoria is dedicated to providing exceptional, evidence-based care for patients of all ages, supported by her advanced training in life support and complex medical needs.
In her role as the Personal Care Supervisor with Steadfast Care Services, Victoria provides professional guidance and clinical consultation to ensure our caregiving team maintains peak performance. She leverages her expertise as a Nurse Educator to assist in staff development, ensuring our team stays current on the best safety protocols for complex cases. By offering this high-level professional insight, she ensures every client receives sophisticated, coordinated support that prioritizes clinical safety and personal dignity.
Alysha Bedard, Admin
Alysha is a highly skilled administrative professional with a diverse background in office management, specialized collections, and clinical operations. She brings a wealth of experience in managing complex documentation, coordinating with medical staff and insurance providers, and ensuring strict compliance with regulatory standards. With a proven track record of leadership, including developing training protocols and mentoring teams, Alysha is expert at streamlining workflows and utilizing advanced electronic medical record (EMR) systems to maintain an organized and efficient professional environment.
In her role as the Administrator for Steadfast Care Services, Alysha oversees the essential “behind-the-scenes” operations that keep our care delivery seamless. She manages patient records, handles payments and account details, and serves as a vital link between our clinical staff, families, and external partners. By ensuring that every piece of paperwork and scheduling detail is handled with precision, Alysha allows our caregiving team to remain fully focused on providing the highest quality of personal care to our clients.
