These years at the bedside taught me the nuances of care that can’t be learned in a classroom: how to preserve a senior’s dignity, how to manage the “sundowning” hours of dementia, and how to provide safety for those who have lost their mobility.”

Victoria Hewitt, RN
Victoria is a highly accomplished Registered Nurse and Nurse Educator with over two decades of clinical experience and a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN). Her extensive background includes critical care, emergency medicine, and specialized expertise in geriatric psychiatric care and inpatient rehabilitation. As a former Clinical Lead RN, she brings superior clinical oversight to the team, ensuring care plans are executed with the highest standards of safety and professional excellence. Victoria is dedicated to providing exceptional, evidence-based care for patients of all ages, supported by her advanced training in life support and complex medical needs.
In her role as the Personal Care Supervisor with Steadfast Care Services, Victoria provides professional guidance and clinical consultation to ensure our caregiving team maintains peak performance. She leverages her expertise as a Nurse Educator to assist in staff development, ensuring our team stays current on the best safety protocols for complex cases. By offering this high-level professional insight, she ensures every client receives sophisticated, coordinated support that prioritizes clinical safety and personal dignity.
Alysha Bedard, Admin
Alysha is a skilled administrative professional with a diverse background in office management, documentation management, specialized collections, and operational support. She brings extensive experience managing complex administrative processes, maintaining accurate records, coordinating workflows, and supporting teams in structured, compliance-focused environments.
As Administrator for Steadfast Care Services, Alysha oversees the essential behind-the-scenes operations that support the delivery of quality care. She manages administrative records, scheduling, documentation, account records, and communication between caregivers, clients, families, and community partners. Her attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to efficient processes help ensure the team can remain focused on providing compassionate, reliable support to clients and their families.
